shipping policy

Summary of the current shipping policy.

Same-day Melbourne delivery

• Available within 25km of the Melbourne CBD.
• Order Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm for same-day delivery.
• Orders after 3pm, or on weekends, go out the next business day.
• Same-day orders are delivered by a third-party courier. Once your order is handed over, the courier is responsible for getting it to you safely.
• If the courier charge for your address is more than $30, the difference may be added to your order.

Everywhere else in Australia

Orders outside the same-day zone ship express. If you select same-day delivery from outside the zone, we'll send your order express instead.

Costs

• Same-day delivery in Melbourne is always $30.
• Express shipping is $12, and free on orders over $120.
• A free gift on orders over $150.

Packaging

Every order ships in plain packaging with no logos or product names, and billing shows a neutral business name.
