Returns & Exchanges Policy

Popperoo is committed to providing high-quality products and service. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Please read the following carefully.

1. 

Consumer Guarantees – Faulty or Defective Goods

If an item you purchase from us is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. This may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Full refund, including any shipping fees (if the fault is major or cannot be resolved)

Please email us at [insert returns email address] with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description and photos of the issue

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)

If a return is necessary, we will cover the return shipping costs.

⚠️ Notes:

  • You are entitled to a remedy for as long as the product would reasonably be expected to last—there is no strict 7-day limit on faults.

  • Items do not need to be unused or in original packaging to qualify for a fault-based return.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer change-of-mind returns as a courtesy, but they are not required under Australian Consumer Law.

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it if:

  • It is unused, unworn, and in original, resalable condition

  • It is returned with original packaging and tags

  • You provide proof of purchase

🚚 Shipping & Fees:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method

We do not accept returns for change of mind on:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Opened hygiene-related items (e.g. socks, underwear)

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such at checkout)

Refund Processing

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 business days after we approve your request or receive returned goods. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
